The Prime Advantage application, loyalty program, website, and interface (the “Prime Advantage”) are owned and operated by Prime South Africa Pty Ltd. Please review our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), which will regulate your subscription and use of the Prime Advantage Interface by clicking HERE.

The Prime Advantage Interface is an independent solution not authorised, sponsored, or approved by Apple Inc. or the Google Play Store.

We value your privacy and will only process your personal information by applicable laws and as set out in the Prime Advantage privacy policy, which you may access by clinking HERE (the “Privacy Policy”).

Your personal information will be used to provide you access to the Prime Advantage Interface, to process your Prime Advantage benefits as a subscriber and to communicate important updates to you. If you withdraw your consent to use your personal information in this regard, you will not be able to access the Prime Advantage Interface, enjoy the Prime Advantage benefits, or receive essential updates.

Any competitions or events operated by Prime Advantage, including any of its subsidiaries and/or associated entities, are independent and have not been authorised, sponsored, or otherwise approved by Apple Inc. or the Android Play Store.

By accepting the Terms and by downloading the Prime Advantage application or accessing the Prime AdvantageInterface, you agree:

to be bound to the Terms,
that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy, and
to receive push notifications to your mobile device (even if you are not logged into the Prime Advantage Interface) that provide you with Prime Advantage Interface-related information, Prime Advantage product information/updates, promotional communications, or any other related messages.

If you no longer wish to receive push notifications, you can:

change the "notification settings" on your device regarding the Prime Advantage application or
uninstall it from your mobile device.

Prime South Africa reserves all rights to the divine Prime Advantage trademark and all intellectual property associated with the Prime Advantage Interface.
